Hey y'all. What is the latest curfew you'd give 2 16 year old boys on a Friday night?

Valid point. Just googled it and no driving between midnight and 6 am.

Life was simpler *% years ago when I was 16.

We had a pretty tense night last night so I decided to lighten it up tonight. He got home from work and came upstairs. I said "Bud, sit down. I want to talk to you about something."

He sat on the couch, I paused the football game and stood up. Looked at him in all seriousness and started trying to do what I consider dancing.

I sang "Don't drop that thun thun thun ay, don't drop that thun thun thun, don't drop that thun thun thun ay.
Don't drop that thunthunthun, don't drop that thunthunthun, don't drop that thunthunthun ay."

Mood lightened.

Lol, hit edit and throw a couple of asterisks in there.

Then I showed him "The Fox" on YouTube. Still laughing.

The guy got the title but now says it won't start. I figure he hasn't run it in a month. Says has a new battery, so it's either the starter ($100) or alternator ($90). I found a video on the alternator, easy, but can't find one on a starter.

He hasn't tried to jump it so that should tell a lot. I'd still be in it cheap if it's either or both of those.

Do a load test on the batt first. That will tell u if its good and do a charging system test. Done with same tool

Yeah, I figure a jump and a charge will say a lot as to what the issue is. The alternator I had go out would start but wouldn't continue to run once the switch over takes place.

I still feel this is a solid car. It's 22 years old so it's bound to have some issues to be worked out.

Any gearheads that see this feel free to chime in please.

Yellow is bad?

And their Stonehenge isn't half as good as Spinal Tap's imo.

I took the Jeep to him so he could drive home from work. I walked and beat him by 10 minutes.
