Seriously. Their 'listener care' dept sucks, royally.
I love my sat radio and its all I listen too, but MAN I hate dealing with those people. I could strangle kittens right now I'm so mad.
I lost my year long "free trial" which I know I paid for when I bought the effin Jeep, because they "cant" transfer a free trial from one radio to another. And since I just installed the JVC unit, I lost my remaining 4 months of service.
Luckily I had an $88 credit on my account from the subscription I had just purchased before I bought the Jeep, which will get me through the next 4 months.
But good gawd almighty, I hate those people.
