Smashed my thumb

Well smashed my thumb working on my suspension..

I'm a waiter so I need to hide it without a bandaid..

Any ideas?

Ouch. They sell false nails Maybe get one and trim it to look like the rest.

Or put a false nail on each finger, then they're sure to all look the same.

You could get some white gloves and be super-classy! You'd probably need a Tux to pull off white gloves, though. I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but you could go try to find some nail polish that's about the color of your non-smashed fingernails and paint the smashed one that color. Plus, then you'd have nail polish (I used nail polish all the time when I was working on cars...a little dab here and there can assure proper alignment of all sorts of stuff when you're putting stuff back together). Or you could just go full-on goth and paint all your nails black. I'm sure that would go over well.

The other day I was under the jeep and hit my head, i was wearing a ball cap- and that little round snap they put on top of ballcaps, made a perfect sized circle cut on my head.

"hard hats and gloves" my girlfriend says.
