As I stated in the previous thread. I weave Chainmaille Armor on occasion, but to add I collect medieval weapons, build engines when inclined to, Build computers when needed, and recently I took up graphite and charcoal drawing (Still working on anything really legible except in my mind ). Not really stuck on one hobby just depends on my mood and need.

Dude... I REALLY need a set of chainmail. Even just a Tunic and Gloves would be awesome. 20 bucks should cover the cost of metal links and your time right?

While practicing casting, my kids have managed to get their lines hung up on the chimney and get their fishing poles stuck on the roof... It's a gift.

Well lets see....from the last thread all I had was that I know Kevin Fowler (country singer from Texas). I reall y don't do much else. Geocache, ham radio, coin collecting. I am interested in long range shooting even thought I am without rifle right now. I can hit a softball sized target with an M-16 at 600 yards. Once I get the barrel I need, I'm going to built a 1000 yard .50 cal bench-rest rifle. I'll just have to get help machining the receiver and bolt.

oh, and like I mentioned briefly in another thread, while I was in Germany I was on the nuke team for our unit. My job was to arm and fire a tactical nuclear artillery shell at the east german/russians when they attacked. We weren't PRP (for those of you who know) as we only were in the process at the end of the line. When the order came, our 6 man team would take over one of the unit howitzers, prep the round, and fire it. I believe all of the live rounds are now or have been destroyed. Fun job, I miss the big guns. This info is not classified, so I wont have to kill you.
