I'd move.

I forgot about my neighbor behind me. He's nice. has a couple cute little boys. They like my cars, so I like them. and he helped me suck excess gear oil out of the jeep's rear end...so yeah we are buds.

Then there's the guy around the side of me (I live on the corner, and alley curves around one side of my yard.) He has an old Mustang, and has been building it for the 2 yrs I've lived here. Looks like he's getting close to completion.

You damn skippy! Just multiply that by about 4 and you end up on my street.
We're all either former or active military.

My only real issue in this neighborhood is the fact that when the neighbors in the cul-de-sac have people over, someone usually parks right in front of my house. My Marine Sniper neighbor has the same pet peeve as I do. NO BODY park in front of our houses. Makes us want to go on a black-op and either flatten their tires or roll their car over into the street.

I kinda take that as a compliment Jeff!

^ I mowe twice a week, medium to long length and keep it neat and clean, i like it done a certain way. So i always make my first pass along the edge of my property. well the neighbors cut there lawn once every 2 weeks and when they do they dont match my property line cut, the come at it straight on and pull a 180 degree turn and go back the other way, turning about 8 inches to short from my cut.

they leave it that way......

My neighbor to the north is a long time friend and mechanic, we get along great. The Neighbor to the west likes to play rap/house/hip-hop on friday nights to all hours of the morning. I retaliate by playing Charlie Daniels real loud through the west side windows until the cops show up. The people to the south are quiet. the people to the east just moved in 2 months ago and are quiet as well.

put up a small border fence...you know those pretty little white ones. This way they'll realize what to cut too. And than you can keep your grass nice.

I went from having no neighbors around, to living in the dorms. I have my own room but i share a kitchen and a bathroom with a guy. Most of my neighbors are pretty quite but sometimes they just start banging on the wall at random times of the day or night.

Neighbors West of me is an AA recovery house. It has 10-14 guys living there at a time, a couple have been there 10+ years. Great guys and always willing to help with ANYTHING I am doing. When we were wheeling A LOT this summer 5 of them spent a day while we were gone and did my front, back lawns and blew needles and pinecones out of my driveway just to be nice. ( lawn was getting tall from 6 camping trips in a row) South of me Guy is super friendly. He held 3 guys at gun point for me who were getting into my shop out back till I got home and cops got there. North of me is a Jeeper....... ya we get along. Lived here 3 years and have NEVER seen a face of anyone that lives East of me. just their cars in and out of the garage.

Whenever, my neighbors open up their door, the entire street corner smells like raw sewage. I am almost worried except I still laugh about how her jetta spontaneosly combusted one night this summer and we put it out with a hose and left her a note not to drive it today.

My neighbor works in a hospital so he is always in scrubs. He tests blood and stuff in the lab, but i enjoy calling him a nurse and introducing him to new people as a nurse. He enjoys stabbing me with his knife when i do that.
He's the reason I now carry a knife and have a ginormous apple computer and most importanty, I followed his lead and bought myself a JEEP...I introduced him to this forum even though he's going on his 10th year with his JEEP.
