That time of year.

Its that time of year when the days are getting shorter and the nights ever so longer. The clouds don't seem to go away, and it sprinkles all freaking day long.

I freaking hate autumn in Arizona.

We get like... a week of spring maybe... and a week of fall if we're lucky.

Cold or hot here. Either way... No seasons but we're close enough to play in the snow if we want.

Then move. But you have great wheeling out there, so you can't beat that!

There is great wheeling all over this state. I do plan on moving though. Need to get back to work and make sure my parents can support themselves.

Oh good luck luck with that. My Mom lived with me for almost 3yrs so I could help her out. She didn't do anything to help herself, so I kicked her out and now she's doing great. That sounds bad but there's a lot to THAT story. But I did it for her as crazy as that sounds. Now she has a good job, and a house... Amazing what a person can do when forced to do so.

We had our first snow last night too.

AZ, sounds like you're talking about Oregon. Some of the prettiest country you'll ever see but there are only 2 seasons; monsoon season and road construction season.

Sounds like some people need to move to California. The weather is nice most of the time...can be a bit rainy but not too bad. And where I live isn't the 'F**K that, I'm not living in California' kinda place...its really nice. Lots of people come to visit, mostly because of the winerys, but there aren't too many people here. Sonoma County is the shit. Its really expensive to live around here though; housing is ridiculous. But the days have been seeming REALLY short..like get off work at 5 and within a half hour its dark. Kinda weird. The way of nature, I guess.

But Cali is one of the few chosen states with Medical Marijuana. There have been a lotta fires, not a whole lota earthquakes or mudslides, riots probably...and the latest? A cargo ship hitting a tower of the Bay Bridge, leaking thousands of gallons of fuel oil into the San Francisco Bay.

There's more to the west coast than Kalifornia, ya know. And we don't have all of the natural disasters, just a volcano or two.

I lived in California, finally convinced most of my relatives to escape and I will never go back.
