It has taken a week to shed the 7 lbs I packed on at Jeep Jamboree in Llano.
Stayed up late drinking every night and drank too much beer and ate a ton of junk.
But I'm back on the treadmill at night since wed and will go back to running in the am again starting Monday.
This week I'm going to try to start getting into the gym 3 times a week.
I also moved my next goal to get under 200 lbs by Thanksgiving
