I'm thinking of heading to the C-store down the road for a large steak bomb.

Citrus chicken is one of my faves. I top it with fresh salsa. I miss those meals, it just isn't worth the work to cook it for one.

I'm heating it up now, but even though I think I'm hungry I don't really feel like eating. I guess my mind is on other things.

I suppose I could ship it to schnutzy.

then dont cook it for one, cook it for 2 or 3, and have left overs for the next night or 2.

at the risk of receiving bodily harm by saying what im having......

first dinner: chopped up left over potatoes, hamburger, tomatoes and red/green peppers. cooked into some scrambled eggs with cheese sprinkled on top when done. baked beans on the side, and some left over corn bread to soak up all the tasty goodness

second dinner: steak marinaded in wild turkey, baked potatoes, and spinach.

it seems i am enjoying first dinner much more then i will enjoy second dinner

Hardly a viable alternative. But I suppose we all have to make due.
