So.. I have this cooler deal with a pump in it. It has a electric cord powering it pluged into the wall. The cool is filled with ice and water. It pumps the ice water though a hose with a sending and return line.To this pad I wrap around my knee.

IT IS AWESOME>..feels good. I can even set the temp of the water going through it.

Just don't leave it on too long, might cause damage. Like when I was stuck in the hospital after the surgery, I got a mild case of ice burn on my knee cap. Blistered up real bad.

Very Nice. If I ever get a small car again or something like the Evo or WRX I'll be getting these for sure. They are very light.
