Here is a rough draft of what I'm thinking at the moment.

Engine - Cummins 4BT
Trans - SM465
Overdrive - Ranger Torque Splitter (27%)
T-Case - NP205 converted to twin stick
Front Axle - Dana 60, 4.88 gears, and an ARB locker
Rear Axle - Dana 60 or Corporate 14 Bolt, 4.88 gears, and an ARB locker
Suspension - Custom 4 link with Fox coilovers, 5" stretch front and rear
Body Armor - BTF or Poison Spider rear corners and rock sliders
Tires - 37x12.50-17 BFG Krawler T/A's on beadlocks of some sort
Tummy Tuck skid plate
and more

That's the goal with my TJ. It's the 2nd DD if needed... drive it to work, and then to the trail after.

Schnulty..buzz cut....you'll never be as sexy as me...even if you do your hair like me.
