After looking at the SS-M16... ghey all around. From the similar tread of the thunderbird to the bullets on the sidewall... I'd say they are also useless around these parts of the country.
Again in the right setting. Not everthing is rocks.

I agree the tire is show'ish' tire and still think they'd be fine on gravel trail roads. Not rocks nor mud. AT tire is all they are.

Thuder turds are just turds...but sound awesome if you want to scare the crap out of pple going down the highway. They think a copper is driving past.

How do those perform on rocks compared to the BFG Krawlers?

I have a few friends with the Bias rockers and LOVE them and they wheel slick rock and some with muddy rock. Stick right to them. But hate them on the road. I guess something like a bogger...not really for the pavement.

The bfg....don't know about the bias but heard it's pretty sicky.

Krawlers FTW .... in either case.

The rockers are a better radial though, especially is seeing any street use.

But I'm also considering the MT/R Kevlar which a lot of local guys really love.

I'm interested in the rockers, irocs, and MTR's. Leaning torwards the iroc's for all the wheeling and terrain I cover but Jerry and some others almost have me leaning towards the mtr's. I just love the look of the rockers.

I love the look of the Rockers but a lot of the big time hard core guys around here rave about the MT/R's strength, road manners and do-anything abilities.

Yeah just never seen them yet or seen them ran so I don't have knowledge of them. Hence why I am currently leaning towards the Iroc radials I know about and how the wheel and do.
