The walking dead

Anyone seen this series yet? I'm a huge fan of the post apocalyptic genre of novels and this series at only 6 episodes has my attention Not your average shoot em up zombie movies. If you like that kind of thing check it out!

This may sound like a strange request, but can you list your zombie movie collection here? I have a handful of zombie movies, but I want some more.

Holy cow that's impressive!! What was the quasi-zombie movie that Quentin Tarantino did a few years back? It played in the theater as a double feature with Death Proof. I had that movie (bought it in Afghanistan for a buck), but I can't find it and I can't remember the name of it.....

Love the show, It even has a black wrangler in it. My only complaint is the hot blond had to die.

Quite an impressive list and like you, I am a zombie fanatic. I have at least 70% of your collection. I remember seeing Dawn of the Dead in the Bay Shore Drive-in on Long Island back in 1978. I cant believe you didn't list any of the Resident Evil titles!! And, no zombie collection is complete without "Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things" My sister just found that classic B budget film on DVD and sent it to me. That movie creeped me the f#@% out when I was a kid. Thr music score is so awesome, the way old movies scared you good. Has anyone ever seen that movie?

Love this show! I have seen most episodes about 3 times each. Also, 28 week later is an AWESOME movie if anyone hasn't seen it. I wasn't a fan of 28 weeks later though.

Close but no prize, the double feature was "Grindhouse", with Tarantino's Death Proof and Rodriguez's Planet Terror

i have seen all of the resident evil collection however have not purchased them.
the original Dawn of the Deaw is an amazing movie as is Day of the Dead.
George Romero is a genius

i have heard of it but havent seen it yet. lately i have been getting into French Horror.
french horror movies are a totally different genre from american style. a lot of them emphasize on crossing the line of what is appropriate to show. a lot of the scenes just turn your stomach and make you want to go and take a shower.

Movies like

À l'intérieur (Inside) (2007)
Haute Tension ( high Tension ) 2003
Frontière(s) Frontiers(s) 2007

There you go! Planet Terror was the name. Thanks! I kept thinking Planet Terror was Tarantino's because he starred in it, but I think you're right about it being Robert Rodriguez's.

I have High Tension too! Awesome movie. Very twisted. I had to watch it twice to answer "What just happened?" when the plot unfolded. Opening house scene was pretty brutal.

Movies like High Tension, Hostel, and the SAW collection make ya wonder....

As for the season finale, it was great. I always wondered why Rick never used the grenade that he found in the tank. I wonder what Jennings said into Rick's ear at the end?

I Am Legend...they aren't zombies, they are mutated due to a screwed up engineered virus that was used as a cure, but backfired..

I wouldn't consider them zombies, don't think it actually killed its victims first, did it? Thats what a zombie is right? Dead walking...
