Sweet. I figured there had to be one (attachment), but I don't do a whole lot of tile work, hence my abiguity. I sub most of that tile jazz, lol.
Just dampen the material, no big puddles. If you spray too much, hit it with the blower. Give it a good hose and wait a minute, then it should be a little better... but still a BIG mess. Don't get water in the unit itself and you'll be fine. If it gets super dusty (comparatively), hose it again. I have run em through some pretty serious conditions and not had one fail from anything but age - BUT - water may tear up your attachment, I just do not know. If the grinder does get seriously wet, unplug it and let it dry out before using it again. As long as water stays outside of the motor housing, you're good.
The kicker about using water is that it makes cleanup more fun, but not horrible. Also try to pay attention to the directional spin and resulting debris field created by the grinder, use it to your advantage and send it away. A box fan behind you (or squirrel cage fan, if ya got one) makes a huge difference, too, but just sends the mess flying to settle elsewhere.
Very glad I could help.
And yes, you will want a 'fine particulate respirator' to breath during it (30$ at builder store)... you do not want to inhale concrete dust. Bad, bad, stuff. I've cut & shaped concrete filled block walls in a sealed room before, I certainly know your pain. Oh, and have eye drops ready.
