this is what 2 weeks of hell will get ya

treated more or less like a private for 2 weeks and i got this



ARMY NCO (NON-COMMISSIONED) OFFICER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT RIBBON Instituted: 1981 Criteria: Awarded for successful completion of designated NCO professional development courses. Bronze numerals affixed to the ribbon indicate completion of specific levels as follows: 2 -- indicates completion of the Basic Level course 3 -- denotes completion of the Advanced Level course 4 -- indicates the Senior level (Sergeants Major Academy) course. (at one time the numeral 5 indicated completion of the Sergeants Major Academy but this was rescinded.)

When do you get your E-5?

I don't have to remind you of the responsibilities that come with the job. Just be there for your men, and you won't have any problem! If you don't mind me asking....What's your MOS?

i have had my E5 for quite awhile now. just needed this school before my E6 retires so i can take his slot.
as for being there for the men, i have been doing that since i had the sham sheild.
i am a 44B....thats a welder/metalworker.

congrats for sure man. I regret every day that I am not an officer. I was medically DQed twice. I tried sneakin in through the enlisted route after DODMERB kicked my medical at Ft Lewis NALC.
