This question is for the gun nuts...

ok so I have a guy I'm working with that has a Colt .38 Detective Special and is lookin for a good holster for it. Does anyone have any suggestions? TIA

You didn't specify what kind of holster (ankle, IWB, shoulder, hip. etc.) so he'll have to do a search of these sites. They have any kind you can think of though.

on the hip right side. nothing too big and bulky just something for semi consealed carry. I don't have any 6 shooters so I have no idea what to tell him is there a specific one one of you would suggest more than another. (maybe something thats not nylon)

You'll definitely want leather. It costs more but wears better, and lasts longer. A high ride would be the best. I'll see what I can find.

I use this type of holster for my Sigs. They are much larger but work very well. Easily concealed under a shirt.
I was gonna take a pic to show you but I can't find my camera.
