Three Dog Night concert

Went to a Three Dog Night concert. It was actually pretty good, although partly because my wife and I were Three Dog Night fans in the day. As with most older groups some songs were great while others made you look at each other with a bit of a grimace.

I figure though, with the legacy they created from the late 60's to early 70's they deserve some slack. All in all it was pretty cool to see them and hear so many classics. Oh, and it was a free concert too, so it didn't take much to get our moneys worth

We actually get a lot of free concerts in my area. Can't complain about the price. We have a navy concert series here that I go to all the shows. A friend of the family is commander of the base it is held at so I get the VIP section which has food and beer for free too. Usually a bit of country shows, but I still enjoy them because I am drinking free beer.

They had the beach boys the year before last, I had never seen them so I was pretty stoked... They didn't seem to be into it anymore, was like they were just going through the motions.
