See now biting and pinching aren't fair. Slapping, punching, kicking etc. is allowed. But biting is just not nice.

Not in BJJ, there's no striking, just submissions and throws. But I'd been trained in pure street style self-defense for quite a number of years. I'll do anything I have to do, including pushing my thumb through your eyeball and touching your brain. It's all fair.

Now see that's perfectly acceptable. It's the biting and pinching that SUCK.

Yeah, I hear ya. But remember it's just like the boys were talking on the radio here this morning. If you kick a guy in the marbles then all bets are off and we should be allowed to knock you all out.

Bring it on, I've only been knocked out twice in all my fights. I may not always win, but he's walking away with a limp. Remember, self-defense. Friendly fights are different.

I've always loved that term "Friendly Fight".
