Question tires turn blue

Every time I go through mud in my new tires (33" Nitto trail grapplers) they end up turning blue when they dry. Anyone have any idea why they might be doing this or is there any way to prevent it. most of it comes off with the hose. just trying to figure out why they turn blue like this.

Do u live in an area that gets a lot of snow? Sometimes the chemicals they add to the salt they put on roads can do that... Don't know if that's what happened in your case or not. A pressure washer should take it off though.

Even if its 6 months after you've seen any snow there could be chemicals in there from any road's run off.

Your tires are blue cause they are sprayed with a protective coating. I worked in a tire factory. its a bitch to get off. use whitewall cleaner and a stiff brush. armor all after. good luck.

Thanks for the info. Will they eventually stop turning blue or will they always do that when I go through mud?
