I've got a higher res pic of this one. If you crop out Tony's jeep it'd be a candidate.

I think that's why they ran my sample one we have now; I had the guys park with the CJ first --- then the other guys got confused... ...but you get a TJ, JK, & YJ before things go to the dogs and an XJ shows up....

And don't forget the pic shows my wife coming back from peeing in the woods.

I liked D. It was in color and showed Jeeps actually in action rather than just posed... doing what Jeeps do best... moving, in action, and offoading.

I like D as well... Although, I think I'd photoshop out the license numbers. Some people get uptight about that sort of thing.

I voted for D but I really like them all. To bad we cant set it up to scroll through them one per month or something.

Nice work.

yeah I will blur out the license plates before I post any of them up on the banner, these are just rough drafts without any editing

I've always been curious why there is any concern over license plates showing in photographs. They're out there for everyone to see as we drive around, and no one can go into any search engine and look up who they belong to. No state allows the general public access to license plate data. Can someone explain that concern in a way I can understand?

The only thing I can think of, especially with vanity plates, is if you post online about what all you have invested in your Jeep...especially easy to steal stuff like subs, amp, etc...or that you don't have the nuts on your doors. If they're in the area and they see your plates, they know for certain what is in your vehicle and how quickly and easily it can be stolen. So for instance say you post on WF that your doors are neutered, someone else from nearby wants some full doors and isn't very honest...and they're driving through your town and come across your Jeep...you have vanity tags and they recognize it even easier. So they park next to it, swipe your doors real fast and drive off. But the actual odds of that happening are pretty slim.

Aside from that...I don't know...

I ended up voting for A...but it was really a toss up between A and B. I was debating whether it would look better with or without color...lol

The one we have is fine... leave it.. unless of course we don't have permission from the person shown in the picture to use their image.. then it needs to go....

Some of the car shows I photograph, I occasionally get asked to blur the plates. For one case, it was because the guy went 200 mph, and the cops were looking for him (Yes, I'm serious). Sometimes someone just wants their rides to be private. But I agree, anyone driving down the street can see their plates, so it is out there for the public to see.

I think the one up there is good for now, but considering the seasons are soon changing, maybe something without snow will be better suited. The pics should change with the seasons. Don't put snowy pics in the summer and don't put fall foliage in the spring.
Makes sense...no?
