I did it last year in Florence, in my division I placed 130/600, and overall was around 700/7000. It was pretty crazy, I have done a ton of 5k's, but those obstacles wear you out. I'm moving up to Tough Mudder this year (12 miles w/ obstacles).

I just discovered these races this past year and was about to sigh up for a Spartan race when I hurt myself. Back up and running though and getting ready for next race that comes to my neck of the woods!

That looks awesome. May do that next year along with the Spartean Sprint. Have to work my a$$ out a little more.
Thank a cop in honor of Michael Frey. Thank a veteran for your freedom. God bless the troops. Never forget.

I don't think I want to do this or tough mudder. Once you've had to do it because you had to do it, you kinda never want to see if you could do it "just for fun".

You kids are probably saying to yourself, "Now, I'm gonna go out, and I'm gonna get the world by the tail, and wrap it around and put it in my pocket!!" Well, I'm here to tell you that you're probably gonna find out, as you go out there, that you're not gonna amount to Jack Squat!!" You're gonna end up eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river!
