The APU High Sierra campus was built around their Leadership Skills Through Wilderness Experience class. You have to be a full-time student at the Azusa campus to attend. You also have to apply and be accepted to the program. Part of the class includes spending 7 days alone in the wilderness. I tried to get hooked up in one of the programs and was told that it was not intended for completion students. They do have a summer retreat for adults that takes parts of the whole program and condenses it into a week.

That's good to know, thanks. We have easy access to two Wilderness areas and a Nat'l Park. That explains why they picked this area.
Just getting to work is an adventure.

My day went great except that the pictures were terrible and my wife is upset about that. I'm just so glad I'm done. Like you, I have to wait for the real thing in the mail.

Have you decided about your masters yet? I've decided to put it off for a while because I just got a new position at work. I feel like things are finally falling in line for me.
