we had an ultrasound today (13.5 weeks) and we were lucky enough to tell the sex so early in the game. he turned over on his side and, well there is no doubt he is a he. Bryce appeared to have long legs just like his mom and dad. it will be another 6 weeks before we have another ultrasound so it was great to have this opportunity.
yeah, it's our first. due in mid august.
a family friend that does ultrasounds at the hospital did it for us. they don't have a 3d/4d machine, but it was still cool. our actual doctor has the newest machine so we'll be able to have some great pictures next time.
it looks like we'll get to use this sooner than later:
I am a stepfather, so don't have any kids of my own. My (step)son wants me to adopt him and take my name. We left the choice of me adopting my wife's kids up to her and the kids.
Having the blood line and family name go on really means a lot to my parents, and I'm the only boy my parents had. My sisters both have several kids, so the blood line WILL go on. But the family name will go on only if I adopt Dan.
Patrick, that is really really cool and I wish nothing but the best for you and Mrs. TXSt8TJ.
Congratulations, I have two boys myself. I remember our first ultrasound. That is when it really hit me that I was going to be a dad. I had heard the heartbeat and stuff, but once you can actually see them it really makes it all so real.
CONGRATS !!! wish the best for you and the family, kids are great. I have two boys one is 2 1/2 and the other is 3 months. the 2 year old loves the jeep as much as I do. When I get a new jeep magazine in the mail he has to look at it with me. The wife is thinking OH NO $$$$ here we go again with more mods for the jeep
