I can't say anything bad about Sigs. I had a 220 .45 and loved it. But I got rid of it when I worked armored car since they required autos to be double action only or carry a revolver. Even though Glock is striker fired it qualified. Gotta tell ya though...after owning upwards of 30 guns I have settled on Glocks. Carry one on the job and concealed. I just like the reliability and the fact that the follow up shots are the same trigger pull as the first shot. Call me crazy.

Now...resume eating!

I just like giving glocks a hard time, they are very nice and reliable guns

Just had another salad

but it was very good, lettuce, celery, black olives, cucumber, pepperocini peppers and peppercorn ranch dressing.

I am on Atkins (well, I have cheated quite a bit) and have lost 31 lbs since the beginning of February. My wife is on it too, and has lost 24.

It is a fairly easy diet, and I never feel hungry. Found some low carb pasta, and have veal parmesan for later (at work and working until 6 AM).
