What rack is this?

Just wondering if anybody knows what rack this is, and how much It's worth used. He wants $500 for it, but I think I can get it for $300. I guess this is the solution to being able to take the jeep on vacation with a family of four.

ok, is it just the rack, or the mounting system as well? cause ive seen that mounting set up on an lj before, cant remember exactly who made it, but i remember it being about $300 not including a basket.

hmm, well then think about it this way, those baskets are from bestop, they are $93 each (3x93=$279) add onto that 3 sets of cross bars, cheap ones can be found for bout $100 a pair(3x100=$300) and the mounting rack, another $300. all that together is a little under $900, so considering what the owner most likely has into it, $500 seems like a pretty good price. now u may be able to get him down to $300 depending on how desperate he is to sell. now this is all assuming that mounting set up is what i think it is. see if you cant get more information out of him about it. that will give you the ability to be make more of an informed decision.
