Awesomely cool. Looking into that now!

Just found the Myspace page for them.....playing Message from Baghdad in the background now. That mess is insane! Sounds like early Metallica/Megadeth wrapped up into one. That drummer they have is incredible.

Yeah. Garden Of Stones is a much smoother song.

Love that one too! Of course, in my mind, Metallica can do no wrong. They are my fave of all time. Gotten me through a lot of crap.

This is good too. Not as good as Bad Company, but good.

I love that one now too, but remember the original so much better. They are killing the new version on our local rock station. I am sure they will make me hate it before it is over, unfortunately.

OMG. My teenager just showed me the most awesome funny song online. Not family friendly. Be warned. So here is the link:

OUR HOTTEST T-SHIRT DESIGNS T-shirts - Foul Mouth T-Shirts Political T-shirts

Its FU by Cee Lo Green. Take the kids outta the room first.

Moderators: Feel free to delete if necessary. But it was TOO freaking funny not to share on this thread.

I spent a lot of time in Jamaica when I was younger and collected quite a few records. Everyone has heard of Bob Marley, but Jamaica produced an incredible amount of music by thousands of artists, most released only as 7" or 12" singles. Here is an example of a late 70's tune, one of my many favorites :

They loved it.

But then on my first deployment, I took it a step further. By then, I had gone to a couple of schools and was no longer a regular Infantryman. It became customary after a successful day to play AC/DC's TNT in our little tent.

On my last deployment, I upped the ante. By then I was on a nine-man team and we didn't really answer to anyone. We would receive objectives from __________, then we would carry out the mission. After each successful engagement, instead of verbally acknowledging the elimination of the target, I would play Stevie Wonder's SUPERSTITION from my throat mic. I would wedge my MP3 player's earplug under my throat mic and have that song cued up, ready to transmit upon each successful engagement. Imagine hearing that song from an MBITR in the middle of the desert.....
Dude that is soooo awesome!! Haha

Btw thank you for serving our country!!

Even got it tatted on my arm. The video is 80s cheese but I like it.
