who rides?

inspired by another thread, so we dont whore that one up

or used to ride?
and pics are welcome as always

current bike
2003 SV650

current "fun" project

$50 1985 Kawa 454 LTD. rat/bobber
started with this

now looks like this. still alot more to do.

and my old faithful (most of the time) rat that i traded off.
78 Kawa KZ650

GOD i miss that bike ...... almost every ride was and adventure. hell getting it STARTED was an adventure. starter was bad..kick start only for example, i ran out of gas in it once, so i removed the tank and carried it a mile or so to the station

Possibly, but I didn't know what that was untill you said it

I'd prefer something from Exile Cycles though... wanting to get some kind of bike for a commuter after the Jeep gets too big and combersum for a DD.

Do bicycles count?

And AmeriJeep...Didn't OCC put out a video game based off the black widow? I remember the commercial now....can I ride the Black Widow?can I ride the Black Widow?can I ride the Black Widow?

OCC built my company(Zippo/Case) a bike, but because of our relationship with Harley They couldn't have it on the TV show.

My first bike was a 2005 Suzuki SV650S...loved it but it was too big for me. I'm also vertically challenged like Tiny. I now ride a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R...lowered 2 inches. I still can't stand flat footed when I stop but it's a much better fit. Don't have any pics of it here.

Actually it looks like I do have some pics...the suzuki before I sold it and a picture of the Ninja from the Kawasaki website. I've added a dark double bubble windscreen, flushmount turn signals, rear seat cowl, and a fender eliminator. Don't have any pics of it since I added stuff.

dirt bikes/dual sports defiantly count. as soon as i can afford it and sweet talk the ol lady into it i will have a DRZ400
i had a couple of of dirt bikes when i was a kid. started out on a CR125. loved that bike, but it got totaled when i hit a snake on a trail. it wrapped up around the bike and i unassed the bike quickly Larp Hates snakes

LOVE my SV. best all around bike there is IMO. shame it was too tall for you Adventurous. Ninjas are great tho. i prefer the naked bikes. dont see many of them around here. Ive had people ask me what happened to all my plastic

Scotty what do you need? i think i may have a few spare parts laying around. ill take a look and see what i got.

oh and +1000 for Exile Cycles defiantly more my style than some raked out, 1/2 mile long, afraid to even ride it to the bar Saturday night, have to do a 36 point turn to get out of a parking space, Paulie creation.

I already have the design done. It is sitting on my desk right in front of me. It would be a bit pricey, probably in the $50 range or more. There are lots of less expensive options.

Hmmm, how many orders do they typically need for the price to come down on custom pieces?

It would take more lighters than we have members I'm afraid. The lighter I have done was milled on our CNC milling machine to look like a BFG MT and then powder coated matte black. I tried getting this through my licensing people and present it to BFG, but my people werent interested. All of our CNC machined lighters sell betweent $50 and $80, sometimes more. The one I'm carrying would sell for over $100. I have lots of less expensive processes that will still make a nice lighter in the $20 range.

it is one of Paul Jrs many "creations"
i do like some of the old school stuff Paul Sr comes up with tho.

seriously, i cant stand raked out bikes. they degrade everything a bike is for IMO.
to me a raked out chopper is on par with a wrangler that has been stretched and slammed to the ground with airbags.

WRANGLERFORUM Zippo

I know I hijacked this thread, but it has been dead for a while. I'll post up a virtual sample of a WranglerForum Zippo in a new thread.

I ride a heavily modded Yamaha R1. I bought it new in 2002 and had it for 4 days before I had the motor off the bike for some internal goodies. I've been modding it ever since. I'm having some problems posting the pics, though. Any suggestions? Maybe I need to e-mail them to someone to post. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know so I can show you all my "baby".
Thanks,
Jordan

my hog

Real men do it on three wheels. lol

It's a 1985 Honda 250SX with a 300 head kit on it, cobra exhaust, and now it has dirt devil tires on it. It's basically just a wheelie machine, but I ride the trails with it, at least the ones my Jeep won't fit down. I also weigh more than this 3 wheeler does and I wear a large all chrome helmet with bright red flames on it. I also tend to launch it a few feet over our jump everytime I ride it. My friends tell me that it is quite a site to see. I have no complaints about it though, still running strong after 5 years of me riding it and no frame cracks....yet...
