Because it's cool, Yo.

Some people just have waaay too much money on their hands. I bet some people say the same thing about some of the things we do to Jeeps. I say it about my dad, who has more electronics added aftermarket on his motorcycle than I have in my Jeep. I guess to each his own, right? Apparently that's pretty big to do in Florida, lifting old cars and putting HUGE tires on it. We had 2 come through an auction that I do some of my work at. One of my co-workers lived in Jacksonville for a few years, he said you see that all the time. In fact, he knew the people that owned the two cars that were repo'd and came through the auction They were pretty distinct cars...

did anybody notice it didn't even seem like it took any power to do it. you could hear the engine rev up, and he would come way off the gas and the tires would still be spinning, then he'd hit it some more, and come off it. tires never stopped turning. at least if you're gonna do that, do it with some power. a 4 cyl would probably break those loose and never stop either. dumb

Actually, and i could be wrong, I was only listening on laptop speakers, but it sounded more like an automatic shifting gears while doing a burn out. automatics are cool when they powerbrake, cause they can get some CRAZY wheel speed up that is hard to do in a manual. I had a 6cyl camaro reading 110mph while it was standing still once. It was my ex-GFs car.. she wasn't too happy. Good thing that was about 10 minutes after we broke up. Wanted to make sure the tires I bought went to good use

Thats what happens when you deal too many drugs. You put a caddy on 30's and low profiles and burn those suckers up, because Obama will come and fix it for you.

Nice. I did the same thing with my nissan altima and my vw jetta. Only got to 100 though in the altima and 165 in the jetta but it was on packed snow.
