Why do girls love jeeps so much?

So I dont know if this is just SoCal or not but ever since I got my jeep girls are always driving up next to me and giggling and staring. It happens pretty much everyday. I'm not complaing or anything because it's quite entertaining but there must be something about jeeps since I never really got those looks in my mustang.
Or it might be the fact that it's orange and draws attention I cant figure it out.

Its the jeep, chicks did it. Especially where I'm from in the encinitas area, during the summer time is when you get the most attention

Sports cars say pretty boys to me... Whereas trucks and Jeeps give off more of a rugged edge. So maybe the girls checkin u out like the rugged persona u get with the Jeep... maybe ur super studly as well tho

I'd have to agree. A Jeep tells me a guy has better things to do than wax his fine vehicle and kiss it goodnight. Driving in my husband's Cobra feels like I want to go nowhere in particular really fast, but my Jeep feels like I'm just going to relax and have a party where the pavement ends.

I think its about the 702, since that's where most people get drunk on the weekends. You know who you are...

I have a list of girls waiting to ride in mine. As soon as I get it running right I will start checking girls off that list.

Haha that's why I didn't get a camaro! I don't wanna be labeled as a jackass, and other mustang owners are usually the same. But everyone loves jeeps! I swear it is impossible to go on a drive without a huge smile in the wrangler

Trade it in for a RHD and watch the attention level go up big time

gotta put up with a bunch of silly questions though..

"where did you get it?"
"in Oklahoma, everything's backwards in Oklahoma"

"is it hard to drive that way?"
"only in the drive-thru"

i think it would feel kinda weird at first to drive where usually the passenger would sit this being 'merica and all.

Yeah, that's not fair for sure.
I had one guy friend who was really excited for me which has been great. And all my friends have been cheerful or supportive about it.

But I'm starting to notice a few guys seem to be jealous and are giving me a hard time... if I wear a shirt or hat the same color as the Jeep, or insulting me about the mods I've added so far are not macho enough, and after I've washed and waxed it (it's NEW) they're always having to say it should be muddy or scratched or trashed.
(Of course it's been muddy!)
I'm simply not used to having a vehicle that gets so much attention but the negative attention is a new one on me.
