actually what you can do for free snacks is apply for a "Snack Bailout" in the "Stomach Stimulus Package." President Scout will have to approve it. even though you are responsible for your empty stomach and lack of snacks, you will still get the "snack bailout" to eat as you please. You can take other club members hard earned snacks (we will call them snax payers) to subsidize your frivilous and irresponsible snacking. feel free to take extra snacks for yourself ("snack bonuses") even though you do not deserve to get them. also you are not obligated to show how the snack are being disbursed, and when questioned about where the first "snack bailout" went, argue that you are not sure and that some of the snacks cannot be accounted for. also feel free to take the "snax payer" money given to you in the form of the "snack bailout" and give it to other "foreign" off road clubs. but don't worry you are not personally responsible for the "snack bailout" so you personal snack supply will not be in jeopardy, nor will you have to pay it back. the "snax payers" great grandchildren can do that.

There are Co-CEO's of the board and I don't know if Janet and I would go down without a fight. Plus I think the Chairman of the Board (so to speak ) might have a say in the matter also.

What would you all think us forming an actual club would do over what we have now? Being a national/international organization we would have to incorporate and then have state chapters that would need by-laws and executive committee's that would be held umbrella under the national organization. If you all are thinking it would allow us ability to join some of the national land use organizations we can set that up right now allowing that we can meet their requriements for organizations of our size.

that was actually what i was getting at. i was thinking about actually forming a club. i had/have no idea what is involved in doing this, but i thought i'd throw it out there and see what the consensus was and what the admins thought.

I have no idea what it involves forming a club, but I think it would be a great idea. The active members on this forum are already a tight-knit group and belive in the same princables as eachother (Tread Lightly). I know it would be great to start going out on trail clean-ups and reach out to people that all off-roaders are not bad including the ability to reach out to private land owners for access to their lands always works better when part of a group.

Oh yea, would this mean Jgano would be like the Hillary of Wrangler Forum?

It sounds like a club would have rules and red tape. I think we should be a secret society instead. We could call it "We're defenitely not a Jeep club". Then we could have all the advantages of the networking angle, but retain deniability. It really is the only way to truely take over the world. Opps...I said that out loud didn't I? Anyway I'd like to not be a member...Anyone else? Sound off with a loud and thunderous "Who Me?"

We're defenitely not a Jeep Club, so there defenitely will not be hazing. However, if there was hazing we would defenitely deny it, because it never happened. Tiny, I don't know how you could be in charge of hazing that did not happen, but the answer is yes you can if it did. However, it didn't.

I have to go now. My regular job at the CIA is calling me.

If you all would like us to be a part of United, Tread, etc.... then I will definitely do the footwork on organizations of our size becoming members.

I really like where this is going. How cool would it be to have the largest ORV club in the world? Maybe not by membership, but certanly by outreach areas.

I know I said it before, but you can count me in!

(Secretly hoping Tiny hazes me)

X2 Jack, let me know how I can help.

IMO - I think we should be able to leverage our organization to promote responsible OHV use. Perhaps we can have regional or state members advance the federal and state processes to making sure we are included. I'm sure the other organizations would love our support too.

Sounds like the dues may be going up
