Just saw another post new pup-made a question in my mind----Those of us who have dogs----Which would you chose if you could no longer have one or the other? Dog or Jeep?

Don't even have to think about it. I'd have to keep my dog. Been with me 15 years. Although I love my Jeep.

My dog, he has feelings..the jeep don't. He's been a hell of a pup to me so far, the past three years.

I adore my Jeep, but the pup is a member of the family. Although if I had to get rid of my Jeep, it would probably feel like I was loosing a family member, lol.

My dog over the Jeep. Love them both, but my Doberman's a member of the family and I adopted him out of the shelter. I'd never send him back there. And truth, I can always buy another Jeep later.

Dog. I have had him way to long!!! I love my JEEP but have no feelings for it. If something where to happen to my JEEP I would just get another one. Now my Corkey, hes 1 in a billion.

I would choose my dog even if it meant I could never own another Jeep ever again.

My goldens are a source of constant joy and companionship. They protect me and my family, and give unconditional love. They deserve no less in return. As others have stated, the Jeep can be replaced. Now...if I could only have a horse!!!

It depends which of my dogs we are talking about. Just kidding. I'd have to keep the pups. That would be hard to explain to the Mrs.

Dogs in my house are nothing but furry kids. We only have 2 left after putting one down last month. She was 21 years old and out lasted 2 wives and 2 kids. Holding her still on the table for the vet to give her a shot was by far the hardest thing I have every had to deal with in my life, and I am almost 50.
The Jeep I could walk away from it in a heartbeat and not even look back. I would miss the Jeep but I would find another just like it, only better (unlimited). But nothing compares to the love, companionship and unwavering loyalty of a dog. Not even a Jeep.

Scoob,
My best friend in the world was my little Penny. She was just a mutt and we met by chance when she was just a pup, love at first site! She couldn't hold her licker, loved to play ball and everyday, I couldn't wait to get home to have her greet me in her birthday suite with you guest it, lots of licks...
She was diagnosed with cancer at age 11. She underwent a major surgery, 6k worth, and healed beautifully, though it was a rough healing process. The vet recommended chemo but said she would be very sick from it and her hair wouldn't grow back. Recovery from the surgery was hard enough on her and she never liked riding in a vehicle. I couldn't put her through the stress so I didn't do the extra treatments just to prologe her life, it seemed selfish. Anyway, her hair grew back and she was chasing a ball again, happy as could be. We were closer then ever...
6 months later, she stopped eating all of a sudden and looked sick. The cancer came back. Within a few days, I knew it was the one, I told my Dad to call the vet to come to the house, while he was on the phone, she died in my arms, Worst day of my life. I can imagine how hard it was for you... I beat myself up for not taking her to chemo but I'm glad I didn't stress her out with rides and vet visits. I got to spend all the time I could with her and give her attention, treats, a comfy bed (mine)... I'm sure she's waiting for me in heaven, I'll see her again, I know it.

I've had dogs but don't currently own one. If I had one I'd take the jeep tho. I've had so many good times in the jeep, so many memories, a couple firsts, and I truly love it. Told the girlfriend it's never leaving even if it sits for 10 years as a project later down the road. I couldn't part with it even if someone offered me 10k for 5k jeep. Wouldn't take a rubi or unlimited over it. Theres some things that you just can't put a price tag on and memories is one of those and my jeep is full of them.
