Yup, it’s true, old Aunt Penelope just kicked the bucket and low and behold she was loaded and loved you best. Guess all those times you took her coat so you could rifle through the pockets made a lasting impression.

Anyways… the money. You can’t touch it, not yet anyways. She always wanted you to go to school, even though you did. Penelope always had a screw loose. But, to get the money, you have to go to school somewhere and get some sort of certification/degree in something.

Now you gotta choose. Anything at all. She even set it up so you don’t have to work. Just school and at graduation you get the rest of the money.

This could be a huge opportunity or just a drag, depends on how you look at it.

What would you choose?

Nope, not a trick question.

I'd go to Culinary school I think.

Not wrong. Someone's gotta do it. It's just distasteful to talk about it all the time.

Photography for the degree type thingy and archeology/anthropology just for the fun of it. Both are things that I have always been interested in.

I probably work more hours than anyone here. Most people don't know what I do for a living.

In what Spaz? And this is a fantasy choice, not being responsible... hell, I have a degree in Ceramics and Printmaking so I should probably choose something real. I could use a business degree, but I'd love to study botany.

I'll challenge you on that... And most people don't know what I do either - for a reason.

You will loose. I know I put more hours into work than anyone else. Some people know what I do here, but I can't let everyone know. I don't want to get kidnapped or somethin'...

They had a cool program in the town I grew up in, it was an associates in restoration of old cars. Friday nights were like American Graffiti. That might have been fun.

I would go to welding school or metallurgy. I already have degrees in other studies so I would do something that interests me on a personal level.

Metallurgy and welding would be cool. I've already taken classes in metal casting and forming. It would be fun to learn more in that field.

I already consider myself a decent welder. No pro by any means but I can glue some stuff together and make it stick. Learning the background and knowing what happens when you pull the trigger would be a blast to me. I want to learn how to tig and all about metal hardening and cool stuff like that.

Yup, sure does. Aunt Penelope's a flake anyways, she'd probably dig it.

Of course not. It's more for my own safety and peace of mind.

To answer terror's question, I would probably take some kind of carpentry or woodworking. I have no idea how to do anything with wood, so it might be somethin' to learn.

You could come to the Clifford School of wood working. I've been working with soft material for quite a long time. I have just recently moved into harder stuff and find it more of a challenge.

Isn't she more of a spec instead of a flake since she is already dead??

I wonder if he is in the same line of work I am in. If he works as much as me and doesn't like to advertise, then we might be in the same boat...

i think sniper school...and not just basics...couter-sniper and all that would be really cool. to be taught how to think in a totally new way could be very beneficial i think.
