Apartments or homes in the area?

Anyone know of any apartments or homes in the area for a decent price for rent? In the grind looking and can't find anything in my area. The most important thing for me is it needs a garage as I need to store my mustang and to work on the jeeps. Thanks for the help!

I am in the Camden Lakeways apartments in Grant Ranch. Prices are reasonable and every apartment comes with a garage either attached or detached. And they are pretty big garages too. Nice quite place to live.

ya basically like wads and belleview, or wads and crestline. It is back over by Home Depot. NOT the one that is directly behind it, but the one on Grant Ranch Blvd. Have you already looked at them or something?

I had a friend that lived in those Grant Ranch apartments... really nice. Typical apartment garages though that are detached, so not right at your fingertips. There are some decent townhouses though.. I used to live in Fox Hollow off Jewell and Kipling. Had attached garages and everything for a decent price.

What's your price range? My mom's place is opening up the first week of August and it's at the corner of Logan/Yale. It's not huge, but it has a good sized garage and car port. You could have one in the garage, with plenty of room for tools, and one in the car port.

About $1300 at most. Maybe more depending on the place.

If you're interested in the location she's planning on renting at $1200. I could arrange a walk through pretty easily. It's an old place, but it's a pretty cool location. I'll PM you my contact info.

My garage is attached and has plenty of room for my jeep, 4 wheels/tires,5 rack system to hold all the misc. stuff, and a tool box with room still to spare to actually work on the jeep from all sides.

But i would for sure look at the house he said his mom is renting. Pretty nice neighborhood and your in a house for what a lot of people are paying for an apartment.

2 bed, 1 bath. Some small basement storage. About 750 sqft. There's a mid sized back yard. Definitely not a huge place, but it's comfortable.

What about renting a house? David and I are looking at renting at the end of our lease and there's some nice 3 bed 3 bath attached 2 car garages up in that area for less than $1400.

That's what we would prefer if we could get a roommate or 2, but no such luck there.
