Hey I feel really bad that we left without you. There's going to be more trail runs this summer than we will be able to count so I hope you come out on the next one. I'm very sorry. Everyone feel free to research trails find some that look fun and get a run planned for next weekend. Hope to see you all soon. :-)

Yeah actually I got a few pics of the black JKU going up moab hill. I have to get them off my camera and I'll get them posted tonight after work!

Also, it was great getting out there with everyone, it was a big group but I think it worked OK. Can't wait for some more runs later this summer!

ABSOLUTELY! I was convinced after hearing my skid plates bounce off a few rocks Although I will say that I was surprised at the amount of abuse a 15 yr old stock wrangler can take!

I didn't take many pics. This was truly a great trail. It had a couple sections that will challenge a stock Jeep and will likely get you some scraping if you didn't take a perfect line but nothing too bad. Then it was a good trail of rutted out dirt roads that gave you plenty of good flex. Then of course there was Moab hill for the lifted guys to play on. This trail had a little bit of everything for everyone. Definitely a good one.

Quick, your buddy in the ford was ballsy taking on that trail. He said the damage on the front fender was from another run but he did take some in the rear fender from this run. Crazy!

He dented his passenger side rocker in when he went over a log with his right wheel and came down on it. He messed his alignment up with that one too but otherwise not too bad.

haha yea the top passenger dent that was up pretty high was when I was leaned over to the point of about to roll on another trail and he was trying to help straighten me out with the tow straps. That's where he slid into my bumper. I have a dent under my license plate on my bumper for reference of how tilted I was. He has definitely got some dings coming out with us. He has to constantly replace his sway bar links and ball joints

Where was this at that you were that off camber? Were you still with the group at that point?

It was just a short trail off Falls River road, to Mine Rd. to the top of Yankee Hill about 5 months ago. It was completely dry up there the problem was the wind blew all the snow so I was going up the path and was going through some snow and I didn't realize the snow had blew in ruts and was over 3 feet deep so when I went in I immediately tilted to that side. Now I check how deep before blindly driving through snow on top of mountains

Nice!
Just remember to rip out the inner fender liner on the rear rather than trying to keep it all molded together. Its pretty useless lol.

Wish there was an obstacle like Moab Hill around the west side of denver that was quick enough to get to and play around on... im kinda hooked on it. I really should have at least attempted the left side before we headed out. Being stock and my DD, made a bit nervous for now.

I hear ya... I had a great time there! I imagine it's rare to find an obstacle that offers that range of difficulties. I'm glad that I bit the bullet and took a shot at the right side. If I hadn't I know I'd have the same feeling you do. I'm also in the same boat with it being my DD.

Guess we'll just have to plan another trip down there!

Just keep pushing yourself and you guys will be amazed at what both a stock jeep and you are capable of.

We had a stock JKU with us at chinamens gulch.

Just keep pushing!!

Not sure of any non-extreme trails that way. Phantom canon is boring.
