You can do it. Spent yesterday morning finally doing my hydro assist steering. Seems to all be in place and functioning.

A/N fittings properly oriented?

Just finished the cooler on mine yesterday. Still lots of work to get done elsewhere.

Ya, I don't suffer from -an dyslexia. Have to change the cooler routing tho. Pulled a brain dead moment and plumbed the inlet on the top instead of the bottom. Easy fix. It will take you by surprise first time you drive it tho. Must slow down steering corrections

Oh yea, the '12 kit needs a bunch of refinement. Basically had to re-engineer most of the plumbing and placement of a few things. And the pump is a bit loud at high rpm

Yea, things got a bit tight looking for space and how to run my cooler lines.
Made some progress today though. Took me a while to get in the zone and start really making head way but I'm experiencing a lot of firsts. I was hoping to at least get my front axle hung back under today so I can put my RCVs on but gears took longer than expected. I got lucky on my Depth and Backlash and didn't have to tear back down, just took me a very long time figuring it out and being extra anal since it's my first time doing it. Goal for tomorrow will be front end complete and reassembled and Rear axle and ARB plumbing complete and ready to go.

Ready to bolt back in

Exactly. John, it will be 100% driver. After seeing what we could get it over at the wall I am convinced it will do it.

Actually I can't stand the ocean. Sharks and I have an arrangement.. I don't go in their back yard and they stay out of mine. Saves me from having to explain to PETA why there are no sharks left in the world.

What time do you expect to get to the trailhead? I'll just plan to meet you folks there since I'll be camping somewhat closeby.

Looks like TrailDamage has the Trailhead Waypoint at 38.7922651517, -106.086024196. That's where I'll plan to be, at whatever time you think you'll arrive. Really looking forward to this run.

Man I'm gonna miss all you guys. If I thought the Dana 30 could hold out I'd run it, but just makes me a little to nervous to test it. Have a great time and be safe. I'm getting my ProRock installed the week of April 22nd if all goes right, regear to 4.88, Chromolly shafts front and rear. I have new coils installed, but also need to put new adjustable control arms under her. That should happen by the end of this month I hope. I can't wait to hit the trail again with you all.

I talked to Doug and he said they got about 8" but it's melting. Roads are clear and trail should be good by Sunday.

I checked the forecast for out there earlier and it's supposed to be mid-50's thru Sunday and I don't remember a lot of trees that would provide enough shade to keep it from melting before Sunday

Getting further, but starting to get a bit more nervous on time. Got the ARB in and finished up the regear on the rear. Huge pain in the ass is what that is, especially since I won't know if it works until I put the shafts back in since it just blows air out the tubes right now. I'm hoping to god that shit works. I'll be getting the rear back under and buttoned up tomorrow. By Friday I'm hoping to drive out of my garage under it's own power. I'll do balljoints some other day. At full droop my shocks have just a little further to expand so I'm not worried about over extending. So I'll probably end up forgoing extended bumpstops for now and remove the fenders completely and just adjusting my steering stops a bit.

Weather report, came through Leadville and BV today on the way back from Lost Wages. Still a fair amount of snow around Leadville, pretty clear in BV. Whaletail is probably going to be buried in snow but rest should be pretty clear. Hopefully we'll get to see Doug get logjammed on the whaletail again

Vegas was a blast, although the way we do Vegas is a lot different than most people. Didn't win, didn't lose, but then I don't gamble. What I didn't lose I spent on a Warn 8274 that I picked up on the way back for a song. Oh yeah, Justin, do you still have an extra warn remote? I need one.

No, Doug, my rig probably won't be functional until Memorial day at the earliest, so you better get your ass humping on that tranny. Otherwise I'll have to subject my scintillating personality on some other unsuspecting SOB. Not only that, I'll end up spotting and that is not a good thing. I like to see Jeeps do belly flops So take that as fair warning, guys and gals
