Bikini Safari Top or Soft top? Help!!!

I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with a hard top. I am looking for something fun for the Summer that is easy to put on and easy to take off.

Ideally I would like something that could keep the rain out but really I just like some imput. Since I live in Colorado I would like to know what would be better.

I am looking at these two options and I'm not sure what to get.

Bestop® Header Safari Bikini® Top
Bestop® Trektop NX in Black Diamond

Thank you!

I was thinking about getting some kind of bikini top for the summer but I decided I am going to run with freedom panels only for when I want coverage over my head. Pop them off when I don't want anything. I might do the bikini next year but I will see how it goes.

I drive a JKUR. Everywhere I look I see places I want to drive up, over, or through.

spiderweb shade. I've got one installed in addition to my soft top. Those top down days, I still get a mesh shade over my head to protect from the sun.

Do they make a frameless top for the JK? For the TJ it changes from safari top to full top in just a few min. Might be something to look into.

Edit: NVM I answered my own question...

Go with the factory soft top. Better quality and fit and you can then have the best of both for your Jeep. Better re-sale also with the dual top package.

I have the factory soft top and the best top bikini. I love just having the bikini on in the summer, especially here where the humidity and temp don't get anywhere near as bad as Virginia where I moved from. Plus it doesn't rain near as much out here so that's one thing I don't even worry about since I pulled my carpets a long time ago

I like both tops to be honest. The soft top is nice because on random warm days like yesterday I can take the top off and then put it back up at night in just a matter of minutes. The soft top with the windows off is essentially just a bikini top that covers all the way to the back and lets in less water when it rains. My bikini top doesn't let much water in at all though unless the rain is coming in towards the back of the tub. You really can't go wrong with either one. If I didn't have the bikini then I would run the soft top with no windows all summer.

Hope this helps
