Colorado is burning down! Plant and Wheel day anyone?

over the last week and a half we have had colorado's biggest fire in history. and we are also fighting another big fire that was started yesterday.. (they think someone shot a propane tank.... F***in MORON) but my prayers go out to the local families loosing there homes. my family personally is in possibility of loosing a family cabin. we have already lost some family land because of the fire. With all hopes they brave firefighters will be able to hold the tree line, and save our cabin and all the homes/cabins that neighbor us.

with this i would like to throw together a plant and wheel day after the fires are put to rest. i hope some of the good people iv met on here an in person will participate in this. if anyone is interested i was thinking maybe we all pitch in for a few small trees or something along that line. we would go and plant them in a part of the burn, then we could go and wheel a trail to make a day out of it.
let me know how you guys feel about this.

That sounds pretty cool. I'd be down to do that. I'm always happy to give back to the land that has given me so much.

hell yea that guy needs to be shot and then fed to the bears. what a dumb shit. my families cabin is about 5 miles from eleven mile.

the other land my family lost was just land didn't have anything on it but it still sucks pretty bad.

and 11 mile is one of my favorite places to be in colorado its so pretty up there. if it gets destroyed I'm gonna be pissed

I should be in. Should have the money by then and be able to do some other minor tweaks to the jeep. Of course depending on when . And I vote with Ed, it's time to do some four wheeling and hunting .

Hopefully we can do this before the Aug 1. My son (he will be 10 in July) is here until then and I love taking him to do stuff like this. Back in Washington (state) I took him to Tahuya National Forest, where we use to trail ride dirt bikes, for a day of volunteer work picking up garbage, on the way out there he said, "Dad, were going to pick up the trash so the Earth doesn't explode huh." All I could say was, "That's exactly it buddy." lol He was only 7 then. You have to instill the respect for nature early.

So has that been confirmed as the official cause on this one?
I swear, if I found that guy I would strap a propane tank to him and start shooting... see how fun that is for him...

I guess a good ol' fashioned lynching is in order.... how could anyone possibly justify such a thought process... "Hmmm, I'm bored. What to do? I know! There's a state wide fire ban, so I'll go shoot a propane tank in the mountains where all the dry trees are!"

Some people's kids...

Am I the only person that is worried that the police have access to satellites to keep tabs on the American people?

It's to save humanity from people who shoot explosive objects in the middle of a f***in forest.
