Dana 60 front and rear......

Well with winter aproching I have found something to do.......Bought me up some D60's and will figure out the best way to stuff them under my TJ.......should be fun!!

You should use them to build up a cherokee, or something with longer wheel base. Make a monster....

I have a set of chromoly drag link/tie rod+hiems! A btf Dana 60 high steer arm, and the genright twisted pitman arm for a 60 that I took off when going full hydro. If you decide you want assist rather than full, it will work . Give me a call tonight and we'll chat about the project! I can't wait to see it get under way

True....8.8 locked and trussed in the rear 4:88 gearing.......it will be up for grabs as soon as I get the 60's ready.....front will be up too....gettintg the chromo;;y shafts installed and a true tack locker in it next week......gotta keep going while i'm getting the others ready.....but I will post up when ready.

getting frustrated......I've replaced what I think it could be.....gonna get the alignment and tires all re balanced and if it doesn't work it's going to the shop.......

78 or 79 Ford full float Dana 60
Bored for 35 spline shafts
35 Spline Black Max drive slug kit
35 Spline Chromoly shafts
Yukon 4.88 gears (NIB)
Gear setup kit
Open 30 spline carrier with factory gears
30 spline factory shafts

Front:
02 Super Duty Dana 60 narrowed to match the rear
Branik bored and pinned F450 unit bearings
Synergy drive slugs
Chromoy 35 spline outers
Spicer U-joints (NIB)
Factory inner 35 spline shafts (long side re-splined)
Milled and double keyed knuckles with high steer arms
Yukon 4.88 gears (NIB)
Gear setup kit
Front rotors and calipers
Open 35 spline carrier and factory gears

the alignment was the final fix but I thing there were several issues at play.........Just gad we finally got her going

Have you thought about wheelbase? I might be selling all my links + tom woods driveshafts as well as the steering stuff.... My yj is 100" right now....
