Eagle Rock/ Saran Wrap Sat May 25

I have a friend that,if everything works out, will get into town late Friday and he wants to hit some trails. I was thinking Eagle Rock and Saran Wrap and maybe Bull Park if time permits. I haven't been up there in a while but I would think it's gotta be cleared up by now. If you know conditions please post them. If it's still bad, we'll pick a different trail.

Thinking about heading out around 10AM Sat it's suppose to be warm so thinking letting the Sun get up and go topless/doorless. And get out of town before traffic gets crazy on Westside because of Territory Days.

Everyone's welcome to join. If anybody is interested in coming, we can figure a place to meet.

I've never ran either. I probably should since they're so close.

Eagle Rock was the first trail I ever ran in my Jeep. Loved it. Unfortunately I'll be hanging out with out of town family all day because my sister graduated high school this week and they're all in town. I wonder of they'll notice if I go missin for a few hours...

Well, I made the mistake of trying to replace my TPS this evening, which has turned into a different level of pain in the ass. Got the old sensor off, need to get the remainder of the old bolts out and if I can pull that off I'll be there.

Else, I'd love to be there.

I hate everything Torx.

Good run today, weather was awesome and surprisingly not crowded. Both routes clear of snow with eagle rock having a little water to cross at the creak crossings. Both trails have gotten a bit more wallowed out than I remember which made it a good challenge in some spots.

Great day could not ask for better weather. Trails were remarkedly dry despite snow at higher elevations. Good to put faces with some names. Looking forward to getting out again with you guys.

Here are some videos of the trail..
