I'm out: going to the Rockies game.

Metberry looks like a good choice. I haven't done it yet, but from what I've read the difficult section is on par with some of those rocky sections at China Wall. Have the kiddo spot ya!

Yea Tony, that may have been me. Sorry, maybe in a few years. I was thinking about going out with you but with all the dryness I think I'll stay out of the mtns. for awhile. Would hate to be trapped or a hot pipe be the cause.I leave town (maybe) next week, so I'll contact you when I get back in a couple of weeks.

We're looking at doing a run also....we're thinking something more north though to try and stay out of the heavy smoke. Was thinking something like Yankee Hill or even Plane Crash....

I'd drag my dad out and run with ya Tony, but he doesn't get back from his cruise until late tomorrow night. That and my Jeep is sick, and I'm letting her rest until after her doctor appointment on Monday.

If my Jeep is all better by next weekend, we should go hit Slaughterhouse Gulch. Right now she's sick with a really bad case of "what the hell is wrong with the transmission?"

We had great weather in the Springs...it rained half the day here! Almost 1/2". There was a report of smoke up on Old Stage Rd, so I'll take any moisture any day of the week! Don't want get evacuated again like last year...

Well of course I like the moisture. But we went to the lake of course and when you're out there with no shirt and it's wet and windy it's pretty killer. I was begging for some sun!

Sorry, I just saw this now. We ended up going out with a few friends on Dakan Rd, Rainbow Falls, and Illinois Gulch. Was a fun relaxing day and got to flex on a couple obstacles along the way.
