Roads are all good in the Springs. I'm sure everything south of here is clear as well but not 100% certain. Have a safe trip!

Roads are passable, there's been snow but the Springs area hasn't been hit too hard. Coming across on I70 might be iffy, probably better off taking I20 to I25. Best to check road conditions before heading out.

Except the plains have been pretty hard hit by snow, wouldn't be any better than I70.

You need to tell the wife to introduce you to some people in the fence. Start driving a desk.

I don't think I could do desk work. I'd get cabin fever.

We're about 5 days from going over the cliff. You may be the only one in the springs with a job.

I'm used to my truck driving days; I hated Raton pass. Especially 87.

I'd stay on 287 through Lamar to punkin center.

There is a nice CB shop before you get to the loop in Armadillo.

Be safe, there are crazy people out there.

Just another mountain pass, Just not fun in a big rig.
87 is a pain in the A$$, few places to pass, long, lonely, boring, washboard.

287 is a main truck route, so they take care of it.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just lift a skirt, the truckers will stop.

I could get from the Springs to Armadillo in 10 hours.
