Holy Cross Aug 2nd

Anyone interested in running holy cross on the 2nd of August? We plan on heading up Friday afternoon and camping and hitting the trail about 9 am or so. The trail time could be adjusted if anyone wanted to drive up Saturday morning to meet up.

Buddy and I may be in for this run. What's the closest town?

Minturn is the best bet. It's right off of I-70 and the last stop for gas and snacks.

Edit:
If you're taking Hwy 24 up, then Leadville is the closet town.

Meeting Place:
I-70 exit 173 Shell station (nw corner) at 8:30, unless people would rather meet in minturn, that works as well
at the trailhead 9:30, ready to run by 10:00

It looks like our list right now is as follows:
Tado
KhakiRubi

Possible:
Sinister6 and Friend

Minturn it is then. See you in the AM. First gas station in Minturn when coming in from the North.

Saturday was a great day up at holy cross. Didn't see anyone until we were all the way up at cleveland rock. Not too wet, but plenty of mud to make the trail true to it's history. I will post up a few pics when I get back to faster internet.

Had a great time on Saturday. You guys missed out. Unfortunately, I lost my phone over the weekend and don't have any pics to post.
