I think we're at late July right now... Dan is heading it up but it is still real early in the planning right now.

The sign says lockers so I'd say better safe than sorry. I'd also check out some videos to see the trail. It looks pretty gnarly and I can't wait.

Sold some golf clubs off so I'm $220 closer to my pre-cross mod list!

I was born here in Colorado springs. It's turning into Denver. I want to move into woodland park except they built that damn walmart up there.

No clue when or where. Totally depends on how long it will take to do the shocks.

Shocks should be pretty easy. Did you go to china wall last time the crew went?

looks as if we will be shooting for late july on this run. Seems everyone needs a little "work" before we go tear things up here.

Homestake reservoir is closed for the next couple years. At first I heard that public access was denied just below the damn. But this morning I heard that the ENTIRE Homestake campground is closed at the first bridge! This means no access to Holy Cross!!

Has anyone else heard this?!?

I just called the ranger district in vail about that. The main gate is currently closed just for maintenence. The Homestake reservoir will be closed below the dam due to a rebuild. All the rest will be open all year. The camping along the sides of the road will not be a problem. If you guys need more information the FS number is 970-827-5715
