Welcome!!! You have found the best "club"

All the best people post runs when they are accessible.

We are also collecting donations for the Denver Rescue Mission at a meet n greet this Sunday in Parker. Check out the "Tis the Season" thread.

We hope to meet you there

Agree with LadyTJ. If you don't want to pay a monthly fee, this is really the best one on here. I began my four wheeling addiction with this group and will never look back with regrets. Everyone is helpful and it's laid back with giving each other crap every now and then. We do quite a bit of volunteer and donation activities. Also agree that you could come to the Meet and Greet in Parker this coming Sunday .

Where in CO are you? We just got our first Jeep last April and I put together a lot of beginner and family runs. We've kind of started calling it COFam (Colorado Family Jeeper's), but it's not really a club and there are no dues. Just families that what to get out and go Jeep'n without destroying their high dollar toys. lol

Oberst,

I just bought my first Jeep a couple of months ago and I am loving it. I can't wait till Spring and Summer to fully enjoy trips in the mountains and having some warm weather. I would like to start exporing trails, but nothing that will damage my Jeep. Let me know when you guys go Jeep'n.

I agree this is a great place to meet folks and wheel, and there are always runs being posted. I was in your shoes a year and a half ago when I moved out here. As far as actual groups go, on Facebook you can search for 'Crawlorado Jeepers'. There are also groups on Meetup.com; I'm a member of the 'Rocon4x4' group. Dues are only $10 year, and that mostly covers web maintenance, etc.

You are in a pretty good spot then, about half way to all the trails either north or south.

In the same boat as Craig. Moved here in November and looking forward to riding some trails when the weather gets better . Can't afford to damage my DD, but the way I have it set up should be O.K. for most easy/moderate trails.

Copy that! GoT season 4 begins on April 6th. As cold and snowy as it's been here lately, I'm wondering if I actually moved north of The Wall .

A few of us are meeting in Sedalia this Sunday at 9am to run some trails around rainbow falls and rampart range road. Generally not too much snow in that area.

I would. But we're having a housewarming party that day. Plus right now I don't have gas money until the 14th.

If you're coming from the springs it might make more sense for you to meet us at the rainbow falls trailhead off 67 north of woodland park.

I've been itching to get out and would like to meet up with y'all. I'm in Springs so I'll meet you at the Rainbow Falls lot off of 67. What route are you driving from Sedalia? Just want to guesstimate what time.

The group should be at rainbow falls around 10. Just found out at least one other group is going to be in the area at about the same time. Could be a lot of rigs out there.
Myself and a couple of others are thinking about heading over to metberry, longwater, and Hackett gulches instead. Kinda getting bored with the rainbow falls/rampart range area.

So when will you decide where you're actually going? Gulches sound a lot more fun...
