Still in the air.. Bv would be nice but I don't know if everyone can afford it.. At the same time anywhere somewhat near Denver might be too much for the folks in the hills. Could just poker run it to moab? Lol make it costly for everyone! Lol toss out ideas

I'm down for a single day. Parents do motorcycle poker runs in a single day. All the time.

A. A majority of trademarks have a clause in them that allows limited use with no gain. So as long as you're not making money or causing them to not make money you're likely fine. The brutal truth is that Chrysler doesn't care about 20 people making shirts that say Jeep. Free advertising. And not to mention the legal fees they would pay would out weigh what they could get out of you.

B. October is perfect for me. Work will slow down around then so I'll likely be able to join. Getting the exhaust header fixed so I won't burn up no more!

Darn, was hoping for September. Can't do it Enjoy, sounds like a ton of fun.

Mo, basically you have checkpoints at the end of several trails in the area. Once you reach a checkpoint you get a card. At a no later than time everyone will convene at the same spot where you determine who has the best hand. That's the basic idea. I'm sure you can add in things here and their like extra trails so you can "dump" a card for a new one.

This sounds like a killer idea but the bigger it gets the more planning it will take. You need people to man checkpoints, an agreed upon ending location like a restaurant or pub that can accommodate 10+ jeeps.

If it is just a few it can be way low key, but if there will be a good number then I think the effort to make it well organized should be put in. Maybe coordinate with local jeep clubs to see if they have run one or would like to participate.

Found online printing.. Easy simple and within 10 days I got them.. Same with stickers.. I can set up an account and everyone can log on and order what they want or I collect money and save I one large order.. You get a break at 25 shirts.. This may be a one day thing.. I will ask around to friends to see if they wouldn't mind helping with check points.. If we do the Colorado springs area we got a vast number of trails with all levels of difficulty.. Then we hit the wing stop afterwards? Or we can make it a group poker run.. We break off into equal anility groups and do on your honor..lol... handing out of cards.. The whole group gets 1 card after everyone gets through the trail.. Verify by photos.. And maybe you lose a card if you have to winch or break?

I'm in for that date. I'd vote for BV if we are taking a poll on that but would probably make the Spring also. If we do BV I could go down on Friday and help out with any setup, organizing etc.

What's the drive time on Denver to bv? And could we make it a day trip for the ones who can only do a day?
