Jeeptober Sign Up!!!

Well I guess it is time to start the sign up for Jeeptober

Lets keep this just for sign up. We can BS on the other page.

Here is what I need to know. Who is coming, what trail, and your total of people you are bringing including you. The count is for the Coyote Cantina so they can be staffed for us

I do need leaders for the Mt Antero trail and one for the Grizzly Lake / Ironchest Mine trail.

The trails are numbered like this

#1 Chinaman's Gulch with BV Jeep as trail leader

#2 My Antero Trail with leader needed

#3 Grizzly Lake/Ironchest Mine with trail leader needed

We will meet at the Shell Station in Johnson's Village. This is across from the truck stop. The owner is going to help us out with some decals for your ride. Lets say start meeting at 9:30 am and try to leave by 10:30 am.

We will Meet after the runs at the Coyote Cantina. I would like to say by 5:00 pm or so. If you are fashionably late that will be ok We are not setting up anything for the meal. You can just order off the menu. They might even have a drink special for us too.

If you have questions on these trails or want to give Ed shit or any one else some grief lets keep it to the page below.
Jeeptober!!! Oct 5th & 6thLets start planning.

Lastly this is a just for fun run. This is not sanctioned or sponsored. Lets just get together and have one last good Hoorah!! before winter settles in.

If you need to get a hold of me my cell is 719-239-0670
Thanks
Doug J

My wife Jody and I will be there and will most likely be doing Chinaman's Gulch on Saturday and whatever on Sunday. I might have a buddy with me and his highly highly modified Willys but don't know for sure yet.

Just outside town on 285, I think I was on County Rd 315 last year. This was the view on Sunday morning from camp.

Hello - I'm "that buddy" and would like to sign up for this event. I'm sure my two children (ages 7 and 9) will be coming with me. The wife is 50/50 but since the trails are scenic, we should be good. I'll plan on doing Chinaman's and the scenic trail on Sunday, the name escapes me (Number 3?) , sorry.

I'll make a reservation at the Super 8 motel as well.

thanks,

Matt

I dunno. Probably won't be hard to convince me. Just don't want to beat the jeep up.
