Left Hand Canyon: Saturday May 11th

Hey guys, I have a buddy in town so I want to take him on a decent trail that the snow shouldn't be bad on. I'm going to run out to LHC tomorrow just me and him. Anyone want to go? If so let me know. Figure we'll meet at the typical meeting spot 10am and leave by 10:15am. Let me know if anyone wants to run

We'll do the "standard" route. Go to five points then up Firemans hill and circle back around.

The trail was completely dead.

however I helped in a pretty etchy recovery. A stock TJ with some very bald A/T's tried to go left to pass a pretty easy rock obstical. Well those who've ran LHC know there's narrow sections with drop offs. He started to slide towards the edge really bad and started going over. I stopped and ran out to tell him to stop cause he kept going. So I put a bunch of rocks behind his rear left wheel and we tied straps around a tree on the other side and to a Jeep in front to get him back on the road. His right rear wheel was off the ground he was so far over and leaning.
