This trail won't be so much racing around and more rocks and tire placement. Another first for ya.

You shouldn't have any trouble. it's a pretty fun place to go. Mike made it with his stock JK and never even hit 1 tree

You will be ok on most of it. there is 1 place that your clearance migh be a problem right at the top. if you watch the slides it's the spot where i winched Mike and just before it on the steep hill. it seemed like you were closer to the ground than mike is. it will definatly be challenging through that section but good on most of the other trails.
there is a spot right there to turn around if your not comfortable trying it.

proper tire placement is everything through this little stretch. you can make it if you place properly. with good clearance it's a no brainer.

Man, I need upgrades, bet I'm the 1st one to say that. ha ha. My YJ wants to be Chad's TJ when it grows up I have no issues with "trail damage" would just hope I have the power and clearance to make it. Kwik qwstion, If I do get 31's , can I use my stock 7inch wide wheels, or is it better to go 8inch?

You will get it where you want it. it'll just take some time. patience is something you have to have with these rigs (or a huge wallet..) and as you watch it grow into the Jeep you see in your head it really makes you happy you have it . I am excited to watch your YJ grow into a real good mountain rig. But thank you.

I think I might just pull the trigger, and get the tires, and see what rubs, then compensate from there. I still have a LF bent leaf spring I have to deal with at some point. Might get some aftermarket black rims to go with new BF A/T's. The chrome is not working for me. /eye roll

Check out the thread on Plasti Dippin Looks easy to make chrome go black and peels off if you don't like it.

I set up an external speaker in mine and mounted it to the rollbar between the front seats. they run between 10-15 bucks. plugs right into the back of the CB. sounds better too

From what I have read it will stick to anything if you properly clean and prep it. Take the time to read all the threads and check out the pics. I'm thinking of trying it on my wheels. Probably test it on my D rings first.
