Do you have to get certain privileges to post links? If I copy and paste the link in my browser it works fine.
I think I fixed the link:

Question

Hey, quick question, and I should probably post elsewhere, but whenever I try to engage 4L, I hear grinding sounds. It's a manual, and the procedure I follow in the manual states be going 2-3 miles per hour, clutch in, and then pull up the lever. When I push the clutch in, it's in gear, should it not be in gear when I push the clutch in and pull the lever up?

What I do right or wrong ,, is come to a complete stop. nuetral on the shifter.. clutch in.. pull handle.
I NEVER try to go into 4L while moving. haven't ever had good luck that way.

I used to do the same thing on my 06 Rubi Steve. Never tried it moving, always stopped, in neutral, clutch in.

Ditto for me too. You can double clutch if you have to, but man, it is ugly.
