Manchester Creek Sunday 3/11/2012

Here is the plan for lunch: I will go buy brats (sausage)/potato salad/chips/fixings. Everyone can throw in $5 at lunch time. Bring your own drinks.
If this works for everyone say "yes" to lunch when you sign up.

Chad can you also bring your grill?

Thanks
denny

Fountains not to far. I also have experience from a BBQ place I worked at near salida in poncha springs.

I'm in, I'll come for lunch but I think I'll skip the trails, I think I'm getting too old for wheeling.

April Fool! (I just wanted to make sure that I'd get the first one in)

Thank you, Denny, for getting the ball rolling. I've been playing one arm paper hanger today.

Sure, what I am figuring since we will have people coming from the north is we can all meet up at Rainbow Falls Park. That is close to where we will hook into the starting trail.

I assume that Chad will coordinate the northern group then hook up with you, Justin can pull together the group from the Springs and I'll hook up with them at the McDonalds in Woodland Park and head up to Rainbow from there. If that works for everyone then all we have left to sort is the timing and make sure everyone is on DST.

One big caveat in here. We are looking at a potentially serious storm coming through here sometime tomorrow evening and going into Thursday. Depending on what gets dumped we may have to postpone for a week.

If the storm is not too bad I'll do a quick connoiter on Friday to see how things look and we'll go from there.

You know Clay, I'd be open to doing trails with you on Fridays. No big deal if you're retired

We might even be able to twist Denny's arm into joining us...
