I know there was some talk on another thread about going to Moab at the end of may so I figured we could move the discussion over here and start planning (even though we are still about 4 months out).
For those who can't make this Moab spring run I am going to set up a Moab fall run maybe middle of September. We want to be back for Jeeptober.
:beerdrinking:
For me I think I'd like to head out there on a Saturday and head home Wednesday similar to how we did last year.
We can see what others chime in with but I am probably thinking the 21st-25th.
Guys, I hate to say it, but I will be out for Moab. My house is way behind schedule and won't be done until the first week of April. Just too many things to get done before the trip.:banghead:
I'll be out with some friends - all of whom drive jeeps - for Memorial Day, but I'll be wheeling my 4Runner. It'd still be good to meet up, if you'll have me. :drinks:
So it looks like CO_Holliday and I are heading out on May 21st. He is going to leave Moab on the 25th. I might leave then or stay until the 26th / 27th depending on how many people are attending this year.
I wish we could make it out there.. but I'm fortunate that the wife agreed to build the Jeep exactly we want it this year, and take a family beach trip. Next year, the Rig will be ready for Moab and Ouray trips. So looking forward to those trips! Hey you never know though, if an unexpected bonus comes through from work, we might just show up. We want to, but got to build the Jeep first.
I wish we were. Looks like not enough vacation time for that and Ouray.
